Position: Project Manager
Location: Frankfurt
Job Purpose
As Project Manager within the Field Service department you will manage complex projects over multiple sites, manage cross functional teams, outsourced contractors, Municipalities and multiple contracts. Must have a sound knowledge of Project Management and a proven track record of completing projects on time, within cost and to exacting standards of quality. You will be responsible for all project deliverables and communications both internal and to customers. You will be responsible for managing all schedules, budgets, reports, risk, contracts and quality.

- Preparation of budgets
- Cost management and control of budgets
- Logistics control & ordering
Desirable Competencies/Skills Required
- Recognised qualification in Project Management
- Managed complex projects and can demonstrate
- Preferably Communication Tech Manager Accredited
- Experience in telecommunications legislation and standards
- Experience in field operations and construction
- Experience in contract management
- Excellent Customer relationship management skills
- In depth knowledge of fibre standards and testing procedure
- Works well under pressure
- At least 10 years experience in diversified OSP/ISP construct and fibre installations
- Excellent management skills dealing with internal employees and external contractors
- Understanding of operation metrics and reporting requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Deep understanding of underlying physical layer (all fibre based) and transport protocols
- Understanding of equipment installations CPE and Network Layer 1 & 2
